So, this is the new Hunger Games poster. It's animated. But if you were expecting a janky .GIF of Jennifer Lawrence (say that five times fast) doing carthweels across the screen, you were sorely mistaken. This is not your old-timey animation! This is musical, high-tech, fiery animation. This is the future.
You know that sad/ironically cool fireplace channel on TV? This is the same thing, except with music and a mockingjay and for the Internet. We will be leaving this on all morning while we await our much-needed break, the soothing crackling of the fire in our headphones at once calming us and making us hyper with anticipation for Catching Fire.
